Shipping Policy for Swag and Sass

At Swag and Sass, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Below you’ll find details on how we process and ship your items.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking details once it ships.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing times may take longer.
2. Shipping Options & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – flat rate of $7 or free on orders over $59
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – $19.00
3. International Shipping
- We currently do not ship to countries outside the U.S.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
- Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections (for international orders)
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
6. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Swag and Sass is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.
- Swag and Sass is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address.
