A.  We do our best to ensure that there is no breakage during shipping.  We will carefully bubble wrap your items. When you open, please do not use scissors and risk cutting the strands of garden decorations.  

Q.  How do I hang my Tree Jewelry™?

A..  Clear the "dangle" area so they do not get tangled or caught in branches or leaves, or even each other. There is a loop at the top of each string of Tree Jewelry.  Loop it over a branch or use it with a hook to hang.

Q.  Where should I hang my sun catchers?

A.  These are made to be hung outdoors, and are considered all-weather.  However, we are not responsible for damage due to extreme weather conditions (heat, hail, wind, snow, cold).  We recommend bringing them inside if you are experiencing extreme weather

Q.  How do I care for my sun catchers?  

A.  Occasionally wipe them with a damp cloth for maximum sparkle.

A.  Yes, exchanges are welcome within 30 days (subject to stock). If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

A.  Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.
